Communications leadership and mentoring

I developed communications strategies and messaging frameworks designed to advance institutional goals supporting entrepreneurship efforts on the William & Mary campus and within the broader community.

This work involved analyzing audience engagement trends (through their campus “Entrepreneurship Hub”), participation data, and communication performance insights to help shape messaging approaches and strengthen outreach efforts. I led collaborative initiatives involving university leadership and students to translate those findings into a clear communications strategy.

In addition, I provided weekly communications mentorship to student marketing teams, helping guide their ongoing messaging efforts.
