NOVEMBER 2026 Writers Workshop

Indie Publishing or Traditional?

You’ve written your book — but now what?

For many authors, figuring out how to get published can feel just as overwhelming as writing the book itself.

Dawn Brotherton, founder of Blue Dragon Publishing and an award-winning author, will show you how to:

• Explore traditional, self-publishing, and hybrid publishing options

• Compare the pros, cons, costs, timelines, and creative control of each path

• Learn what each publishing model requires from you as an author

• Have a clearer sense of which path is right for your book and goals
