June 22, 2025: The Heavenly Equation

2 → 1 > 2

At first glance, it defies logic. Where else can subtraction mean addition, or even multiplication?

Yesterday gave us a glimpse.

We listened to the story of Jesus feeding the large crowd, when one lunch expanded into thousands. Then we witnessed another miraculous moment.

Ethan and Karylin stood in front of friends and family, spoke their vows, and stepped into marriage.

In doing so, two became one. But somehow, something greater was born.

Strengths combined. Weaknesses found shelter. Together, they can accomplish what neither could have imagined alone. Heaven’s arithmetic follows no formula and obeys no equations.

In the world’s math: 2 becoming 1 is loss.
In God’s math: 2 becoming 1 multiplies love and purpose.
